96 MAGNETIC TIP COMB FOR KINGFISHER FLEX

Magnetic tip comb is an essential consumable for nucleic acid and protein extraction and purification using magnetic beads technology. With magnetic rod inside the tip, plus the perfect fitting of the tip bottom with the bottom shape of the deep well plate, the movement of the tip comb plays crucial role in sample mixing, washing, transferrig, and elution. We have 96, 24, and 8 magnetic tip combs which can be used with high-throughput purification system, such as KingFisher Flex, Tianlong nucleic acid extractor.
All our magnetic tip combs are made of medical grade polypropylene with excellent chemical resistance and low binding of nucleic acid and protein. All our products are manufactured in the class 100000 clean room with automatic processes including raw material feeding, injection-molding, and packaging. The automated manufacturing processes minimize the chance of human touch with the products to prevent the possible biocontamination. All our tip combs are certified to be DNase/RNase/Pyrogen/Human DNA free. Our manufacturing processes are implemented with quality access and control procedures complied with ISO 13485:2016 quality management system. We also implemented a strict OQC procedure for our finished products to ensure the high-quality.
