All our deep well plates are made of medical grade polypropylene and manufactured in the class 100000 clean room with automatic processes including raw material feeding, injection-molding, and packaging. The automated manufacturing processes minimize the chance of human touch with the products to prevent the possible biocontamination. All manufacturing processes are implemented with quality access and control procedures complied with ISO 13485:2016 quality management system. We also implemented a strict OQC procedure for our finished products. All our plates are certified to be DNase/RNase/Pyrogen/Human DNA free.
