Our company’s goal is to supply high-end consumables for automated lab processes. Automation tips has been our business focus since the inception of the company. With our experienced mold design team and advanced mold processing and assembly technology, we have developed more than 100 precise injection molds dedicated for manufacturing automation tips compatible with main-stream automated liquid handling workstation, including Tecan, Hamilton, Beckman, Agilent, Zymark, and Xantus.
All automation tips are manufactured in the class 100000 clean room with an integrated automatic processes including raw material feeding, injection-molding, filter installation, and rack-loading. The automated manufacturing processes minimize the chance of human touch with the products to prevent the possible biocontamination to ensure that all automation tips are DNase/RNase/Pyrogen/Human DNA free.
All manufacturing processes are implemented with quality access and control procedures complied with ISO 13485:2016 quality management system. We also implemented a strict OQC procedure for each lot of automation tip. A functional performance is also tested on the in-house workstation or by a third party to ensure the complete compatibility of our products with corresponding workstation.
